Welcome to Ukiyo, a small escape from the everyday bustle of real life. 

Literally speaking, Ukiyo is a style of Japanese woodblock print and painting from the Edo period. Known world over for its presentation of famous theatre actors, beautiful courtesans, city life and its depictions of romance and erotica, Ukiyo has since been used to describe a living that is detached from the bothers of the world. It is everything that 'living in the moment' is supposed to be.

This page is a collection of all those thoughts that remind me that moments are fleeting, and they're best enjoyed when they're lived right then, in all their vivacious glory. It's a page about love (and everything that it brings with itself), trivia and life in general.
